Latech seeks companies with a global presence, based in North America and the European Union.

Latech is one of the few private equity firms with a focus exclusively in the industrial tools sector.

We focus on companies with sales from $10MM-$100MM who are in seeking liquidity or a growth partner.

We prefer to invest in companies with an established brand, strong management team, and a unique value proposition for their market.

We will consider investing in either a control or minority basis.
